Sugar Skull Bakers 2017 Full Monty

I was very fortunate to participate in the Sugar Skull Bakers 2017 Collaboration.  I pretty easily decided on what I wanted to make…  Day of the Dead iconography is everywhere now, and Michaelangelo’s David with Dia de Los Muertos face paint wasn’t something I’d ever seen before.  Perfection encapsulated with a cultural twist…

Then the age old question cropped up…

Is it art?

I mean, obviously The David sculpture is art..

…but what about “that” part

YOU KNOW WHAT PART…

Even though it’s Art (with a capital “A”) Maybe some people get weird feelings about seeing “that” part, so I censored it for wide release.

However…

I know some of you don’t think “that” part is a very big deal.

…so, as promised.

Don’t go any further unless you want to see “that” part.
